I now how to install the cpu itself but when its installed and i turn the pc on what am i going to do next?

You really don't need to reset the BIOS. The motherboard should the detect the CPU change. At most it will prompt you to enter the BIOS setup. You can just exit the setup without changing anything.

You need to be sure the motherboard supports your CPU. It is possible you have to update the BIOS in order for the CPU to work.
Otherwise I don't think there is need to to do anything special. It should just work. Maybe the motherboard will prompt you to enter the BIOS setup. But you shouldn't need to change any settings.
