I think the Enthoo Pro is a better case.
I think the ENTHOO PRO would have lower temps due to it's open front design.

The Enthoo Pro is arguably more stylish and has marginally better airflow, while the Define R5 is quieter.
The PSU dust filter slides out at the back on the Enthoo Pro, where the Define R5 has a more convenient dust filter that slides out at the front. Other than that they both have lots of convenience factors going for them.

I have the Enthoo Pro . mine is very quiet.
Cases are a personal touch ,if you feel you need a change go for it , the temps would probably just be different by a small margin.
