Not booting beyond BIOS screen

Hi all,
So I recently (stupidly) tried to use an activator and a button on it said "Install OEM BIOS" or sth. So again (stupidly ) I selected my motherboard's brand from the list which is GIGABYTE. And now after a shutdown it's not booting beyond the GIGABYTE BIOS screen.and my CPU blinks with a red light.
Its a pretty old PC running Win7 Ult.
Please help me fix this

Refalsh the bios back to the factory one if you even still can but I would be purchasing a new motherbd just because I am very security conscious and wouldnt trust a bios virus to get wiped with a reflash. After all these virus writers would know that this is the first thing that would get suggested and would plan for it.
