How to get rid of 2nd Boot Option?

After doing a system restore on my computer, I am left with the screen I posted below at every boot. The only one of the 2 choices that works is the one I have hi-lighted. How can I get the OS to by-pass this screen and always boot from the one I have hi-lighted?

I only have a single SSD as C: and a single HDD as D: for storage.

Thanks aford10 and Chicano. That did the trick.
Can I pick your brains some more? I have another boot oddity. Between the last POST screen and the first Win7 boot logo w/spinning balls... there is a 25 second delay where the screen is black except for a flashing cursor in the upper left corner of the screen. I only have a couple items in my startup tab; Microsoft Security Client (MSE) and HD Audio Control Panel. Hardly anything starting in the background with Win that I know of.

Lastly, why are there no 'reply' options shown anymore under each poster's response?

In MSCONFIG > Boot > make sure the "Recovered" entry is set as Defaut*... if it's not, select it and click "Set as default" and next Delete the other boot entry.. And if you have trouble deleting it (it happens), use the program to do it.

* It should be on top and have the Set as Default button disabled.

That's probably a Windows bootloader or partition table issue and/or damaged disk sectors. Depends on which has trouble being detected:

The HD and partition table is detected during the post and Windows is detected right after the bios beep.
So, if the BIOS posts quick and flawlessly, the partition table should be ok and it's more likely a Windows bootloader issue... for PT issue use Minitool Partition Wizard to repair the partition table, also run disk check and NTFS check, or run a CHKDSK C: /R in a command prompt window or use the C: Properties > Tools > disk checker. And for bootloader issues use EasyBCD.

Your missing "Reply" options may be due to using a different web browser(?), possibly your browser needing a cleanup, cookies, history, etc. cleaned up.

@ Chicano and aford10...
I'm using the same browser I always used here. Cleaned the cache. Ran CCleaner. Ran Auslogic Reg cleaner. Still don't have any options below the post to edit, reply, etc. In fact, when I log into THW forum, the whole page looks different. There's no 'notifications' or 'messages' window in the top right anymore.
No 'Hi, 1405' box with updates, etc. No 'ask the community' box. This is what I'm greeted with:

1. You may have flash player or java disabled..
2. your browser settings may have flash content blocked.. your settings may need to be checked and reset to original defaults.
3. Or it could be related to whatever made you Restore the system.
4. Check your flash and java online for functionality and enable/update as necessary.
5. Google for flash tester online and java tester online.
6. Check that your Windows time and date are right.
7. If you haven't ran the System File Checker yet, that would be advised to repair possible corrupted or missing system files,
8. And if the problem persists, run virus and malware scans.

The msconfig boot submenu from the run command worked for me, just selected the OS I didn't want as a selection, now the computer boots and restarts to only my primary OS.

I removed my second OS boot option because I want to remove and use that SSD for something else. Problem is, I cannot remove that old SSD because the boot manager is on it, so I get bootmrg not found error without it!

How do I get my single new Windows 7 Pro SSD to boot all by itself? Reinstall is not an option due to massive WMC DRM problems. The Windows 7 repair disk claims not correct version, Windows 10 repair runs, but doesn't fix anything. I have created a 105MB new NTSF partition on the new SSD that doesn't have a system partition........what do I do now? Please help :(

For the forum display issue, try the link below. It's the direct link to the forum. It looks like you are in your profile answers.

As for the bootmgr issue, depending on what is installed on the primary SSD, I would probably unplug the 2nd drive, and reinstall windows. However, if you don't want to do a clean install, there's some ways to repair/create a new bootmgr on the primary drive.

Thanks aford.......my screen only shows a post answer or new thread options, no simple reply :(

1. Install EasyBCD and use it (according to Resetting the BCD link) to remove/delete the present bootloader from the old SSD, and rebuild it on the Windows 7 new SSD.

2. Another option is to copy the "Boot" folder from the Windows 7 disk to the boot partition or to the C: drive, and if it shouldn't work, use EasyBCD to edit the bootloader file.

After EasyBCD "View Settings" window shows the Windows 7 data and points to the C: drive, remove the old SSD and Windows 7 should boot right up.
