Xbox ONE vs Xbox 360 controller for PC?

Which of these two controllers is best for PC gaming?

I have a £15 off voucher for Ebay if I spend £25 or more and finding a new Official Xbox 360 controller is almost impossible, also would be less than the £25 meaning I would have to spend more but can't think of anything I would need right now. This means that I can get the 2 controllers for exactly the same price.

Which would I be better of getting, considering price is no issue.

They sell them here at gamestop just like all the other controllers.

Between the X360 and Xbone it's preference. Which one feels best in your hand is the one you want to use.

The 360 wired controller in my opinion, or wireless with the microsoft wireless adapter I have heard bad things about the third party adapters . Both will work fine with a PC I use an xb1 controller plugged in with a micro usb cable all the time. However I find the 360 controller to fit better in my hands, the analog sticks are much better for me, and I feel I could easily break the xb1 controller in half, the 360 controller felt much much more rigid and higher quality. I like the triggers on the xb1 controller but thats about it.

X1 would be better IMO. If you can wait long enough the new revision controller for the X1 have Bluetooth built in them which makes them even easier to use wirelessly with a PC.

Personally I like the PDP afterglow xbox360 wired controller. The xb1 controller comes in a very close second. Mostly because it works both as a wired and wireless controller.

If the new Xbone controller doesn't have aptx, then I say don't bother. RF is very different from IR. As it is right now, IR is faster than RF.

The new Xbox one controller that comes with the Xbox one soon has Bluetooth support. I can't wait going to trade in my current xbone and get and xbone s and get the controller too.

If you don't have 50-60$ to spend on the new Xbox one controller than it comes down to preference. Xbox one controller is much much lighter and slightly oddly angled bumpers in my opinion but I have learned to use then and like then better now
