What GPU should i buy?

Hello,

I want to upgrade my pc with a new graphics card and i need some advice.

Asus GTX 970 STRIX OC or MSI GTX 970 Gaming

or

MSI R9 390 Gaming

And i would like to know if my PSU can hold either one of them.

My current pc specs are:

I7 3774 3.4ghz
MoBo Asrock B75 Pro3
32gb RAM Kingston HyperX Beast
SSD Samsung 850 evo 250 gb
HDD 1TB Seagate Barracuda + 2TB Seagate Barracuda
GTX 660 TI 2gb
PSU: Seasonic S12II-620 Bronze 620W 87 %

The RX 480 would probably be around $350-$400.

Yeah but stillit would take 1-2 months until it reaches my country and i don't think the price would be that low...for example the lowest gtx 1080 is 800 EUR and the lowest 1070
535 EUR so ow much do u think would the RX480 would sell for?
