Hello there,
1. I have my External HDD seems to have bad sector. When I try to open it using windows, I can't access to it, although I see the icon of it. I can open it using Mac OS. Notice that the format is NTFS.
2. I have my Other external HDD, which is in RAW file system. How can I fix it without data loss?
Any suggestions?
Thanks

Hi there azizever83,

What happens when you try to access the drive? Do you get some sort of an error message? As it opens up under another OS, I would suggest you to try the Ubuntu Live CD approach. You just need to boot(not install) from a CD or a flash drive with Ubuntu, access the external drive and transfer all the data to another drive(your internal drive let's say). After that, you can switch back to Win, and reformat the drive. Then, you can check it's health status out: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/282651-32-best-diagnostic-testing-utility

As for your other drive, you will need to use some data recovery tool for RAW drives: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/280932-32-hard-drive-recovery
Then you can test your drive...

Then you can test your drive with the tools I've already provided.

To sum it up, there's a chance that both drives are failing. So you shouldn't keep important data on them. Are they under warranty?
