Freezing problem. HELP PLEASE!!!

Installed new ram and new cpu fan.
Now my pc freezes in the middle of something and i have to reboot it everytime but it keeps freezing

UPDATE:
Now its turning on and after 5 seconds it turns back off. And it turns back on without me touching it then off again. And it doesnt stop repeatingInstalled new ram and new cpu fan.

I'd then try disconnect all hard drives, usb devices, PCI/e expansion boards, and leave 1 stick of RAM in it and see how it boots.

Then add a hard drive, see how it boots, then add more RAM, see how it boots, etc.
Slowly re-add all the components.

Re-seat the CPU fan.
Sounds like it's overheating and doing thermal shutdown.
If you've installed a new heatsink I trust you've applied new thermal paste.
I've never seen a cooler come with correctly pre-applied paste.

Leave it off for a while and then see if you can check the temperature of the CPU in the BIOS.
