Need help with i3 6100.

Will this Cpu Stutter when playing games such as GTA V?

Im hessitant to buy the i3 which I can afford to pair with a gtx 960.
Instead Im planning to get an i5 4460 and pair it with an r7 370.
(Both cards 2gb)

It will be perfectly fine as long as it is the i3 6100, which is what I would recommend.
The absolute max I would recommend with an i3 6100 is a GTX 970, a GTX 960 if its a haswell i3, because at this point it starts to struggle a little bit.
However, do NOT get the GTX 960, the AMD RX470 is launching alongside the RX460 and RX480 at the end of the month, and will sport speeds just under the 970 for $150. The RX480 will have speeds equivalent to a stock 980, if not higher due to the seemingly overclocking focused marketing...

I would suggest the RX470, as it looks like the perfect sweet spot for this CPU.
