The parts and OS could be purchased for somewhere in the neighborhood of $1200 USD, give or take. So the other $200 is what you'll be paying for labor and warranty.

The NZXT Noctis 450 looks to be a reasonably decent case for the most part, but it doesn't have an available slot for a DVD writer, so those two items won't work together. A review here at Tom's mentioned that the case has some potential heat issues, and recommended it be used with either a large air cooler, a liquid cooler, or a low-powered CPU...

Also, you might want to consider looking into whether the company building the machine offers any higher-end PSUs. CX is not among Corsair's better-regarded lines of power supplies, and though it will probably do the job, it's more likely to fail sooner and possibly to shorten the life of your other components than a better-quality unit.
