Logitech g602 showing up as HID-compliant and not being found my logitech gaming software. I had it all working it showed up as logitech g602 in device manager and was being seen by logitech gaming software, but I was having some issues where the mouse would freeze up and get really laggy sometimes so I decided to delete drivers and fresh install the mouse. Now its not working like it was.

Solution
last time i used the logitech software got my G930's i ran the installer. i was asked to removed the headset base station from the usb while the installer was running. i was then prompted to plug it back in at the end of the software install and it was then detected.

when i just left the base station plugged in but removed the wireless dongle from it, the system wouldnt recognise the headset until i removed the base station as well.

maybe your having a similar issue.

so yea run the installer, remove the wireless completely including any docking base station, wait for the software to finish installing, plug in the headset and hit finish on the software.

funnily enough re-installing the logitech gaming software actually fixed the issue..... Made my mouse show up properly in the Device manager, and started getting detected by the software again...
