I would go with the rx 480 BUT i only got a phenom ii x4 945 then maybe thats maybe upgrading to a FX 6300 and i dont thin the 6300 will use that gpu at full potential.

Yea, R7 370 is simply match 950 but worst at overall performance. Also, as long as your processor won't bottleneck your gpu too much (If you put an FX 6300, this processor definitely won't bottleneck RX 480), Your GPU will push the maximum capability without losing any performance.

As Phenom II X4 only has 4-Core on it, then i'm sure it's going bad but i'm not sure about RX 480 optimization. As 4-Core is the minimum core specification for nowadays gaming processor, and your 945 still works well at most games.

Okay and will the 950, 960, or r9 380 get a bottleneck also out of those 3 isnt the 380 the best or the 960?? By the way when i said bottleneck i meant with the phenom ii x4 945

As long as i know, GTX 960 have better gaming and computing performance than R9 380, on many titles of games, well optimized. And if you put 960 on X4 945, not sure it will work fine, i'm assuming you should upgrade your cpu to FX, at least 6xxx series. GTX 960 will still works with X4 945, but there's a slightly decent performance issues.

Okay then i will order a cheaper PSU since 750 is overkill and get a 650 and with that extra money get a GTX 960 :)

Yep, 650W will handle a single 960 easily, as long as you don't put it on SLi mode.

Ok, if you can't wait I completely understand, I hate waiting too :)
