Can't oc cpu because of ram.

So I figure why I cant oc my cpu and why my cpu restart 2 times after oc.I have currently in my pc 2x2gbm ram ddr2 800mhz but when I go in bios it says my ram speed is 667mhz and I can't oc my cpu more than 0.5ghz because of that.Is it possible to increase that I mean my both ram sticks are 800mhz..?

Some higher overclock should be possible, but you need to lower memory multiplier in bios (if that function is supported). It would make memory run at lower than 800MHz which is most likely the limiting factor now
