Hi, I have always wanted to make a litecoin mining rig, pls help me on my selection of parts
Here is the proposed parts
Intel core 2 quad (from my old rig which the motherboard has failed)
Asus P5P41T LE for 30USD (new)
Deepcool Gamaxx 200 (I have this lying around)
4GB of crucial balistix DDR2 for 15 USD
Corsair HX 750W (the old one) (I have this lying around too)
Storage 250GB HDD (used) / 60GB SSD / i have heard of people also using USB's for mining rigs?
A homemade wooden test bench to house the rig in
Some Cooler Master sickleflow fans and jetflo fans
AMD RX 480? /R9 290X (used)?
pls let me know if you have any suggestions.
