i was playing far cry 4 for about 20 mins the the fps just drop randomly
its been happening for a couple of days
ps i was getting good fps at the start

Solution
Well firstly your CPU isn't not qualified to play Far Cry 4 optimally, the game requires an i5-i7 for optimal gameplay.

Minimum System Requirements
•Operating system: Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8/8.1 (64bit versions only)
•Processor: Intel Core i5-750 @ 2.6 GHz or AMD Phenom II X4 955 @ 3.2 GHz.
•Memory: 4GB.
•Video card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460 or AMD Radeon HD5850 (1GB VRAM)
•Direct X: Version 11.
•Hard Drive: 30 GB available space.

Recommended System Requirements
•Operating system: Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8/8.1 (64bit versions only)
•Processor: Intel Core i5-2400S @ 2.5 GHz or AMD FX-8350 @ 4.0 GHz or better
•Memory: 8GB
•Video card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680 or AMD Radeon R9 290X or better (2GB VRAM)
•Direct X: Version 11
•Hard Drive...

Yea list specs, will be helpful in determining other possible factors.

Is it just Farcry4? It's been happening for a couple of days, does this mean you've only had this game for a couple of days or this problem is only recent?

I've played Farcry 4 and i know Fur on simulated can be a drag on fps so check you haven't changed that.

Well my GTX 970 get about 80% usage while vysnced on very high settings but my i5 4460 kept me back some times, I haven't tried the game with my new i7 yet.

Fur on simulated was harsh on my 2600k @ 4.5 with 780GTX compared to just on. 970 and i5 4460 i would expect better but all depends on how the game's advanced options react to video drivers and such. Never easy is it, but thats the PC thing we all love ;P

Edit: @ 1080p

You do not even meet to minimum requirements. My old Haswell socket 1150 quad core i5 4460 could just amount manage the game but did cause drops in the starting town. I should really try my i7 with it at some point.

I recently tried DAYZ Standalone again (use to get 30fps with my i5) and I was amazed I was getting a straight 60fps on high settings thou I didn't like the game after half an hour I got bored. Far Cry 4 should be easy for my i7 when I try it out then.

Get a better CPU socket 1155, just to note the fastest CPU for your socket is an i7-3770K.

Farcry 4 will run on a dual core with two extra threads (hyperthreading) but is certainly not optimal as described at all - Farcry 4 wont launch at all on only dual cores. Its more of the case the longer you play as more and more data builds up into Vram, the cpu just can't keep up, and a GT730 is no help neither im afraid. GTX 750Ti would fair a lot better though.

If able to afford, upgrade to a 3570 (non k version) and see how your Gt730 performs then. Upgrade the gpu too when you get a chance.

Edit: i5 2500, i7 2600, i5 3570 or i7 3770 are all compatible just to give you more options if one or the other isn't available by any means.
