decrypt sd card files problem

have you tried go to settings encryption and uncheck all boxes and then type your password in and let it decrypt all the files?

is your phone lock key still set the same? if not change it back to what it was.

after that I would contact your phone maker for any help they may be able to provide( which I'm sure they wont help you bypass an unknown password but will tell you want steps to do if you know your password)

fyi your question is a grey question as it involves undoing encryption and I'm going to stop there as those are the only two things I know of that will require you to know your password to get to the files. if you don't know the password your out of luck on this fourm as by TOS we cannot help you bypass encryption in that way.
