running games for my pc

I would like to know the games which I can play with these specs.Like (1)Advanced Warfare (2)Witcher 3 (3)Assasins creed Unity (4)BO3 (5)Battlefield Hardline (6)Rise of the Tomb Raider (7)GTA V
I'm expecting a big list.

You expect someone to list games thatll run on your PC? You should do it yourself, Google is your friend and not broken. BUt like the guy above me said, at 1080p, none of those will run well. Even at 720p youd have issues with your low end GPU.

Sorry man,but I did the same way you told but I was need the answers from live one.what about the very low settings?still the same situation?
