I can port forward my TCP ports but no UDP ports. Vizio router (ARK SURVIVAL)

Protocol "Both" includes TCP and UDP.

I'd suspect your ISP may be blocking something, what's your ISP and connection type?
Could also be windows firewall or antivirus.
