will a cooler master hyper 212 evo cooler fit in a Carbide 100R silent edition case?

please tell me it fits

No it won't , it's too large for the case , get a Cryorig H7.

Case allows 150mm 212 is 159mm.

Cryorig H7 , BETTER THAN THE 212 and fits in the case , it's 145mm tall , your case can hold up to 150mm.
