Hi there,

I have recently purchased a new computer that handle Battlefield 4 smoothly. All of the drivers are up to date.
But now the problem is that if i go to a server via Battlelog, Then says Battlelog Logging in, Loading Level, And if i click on the Battlefield 4 Icon in the taskbar then comes Battlefield 4 showing en then Windows says: "Battlefield 4 has stopped working." After a loaded level. But Test range and Campaign did work.

I've already tried these options:

- Punkbuster reinstalled. But it doesn't work.
- Repair Via Origin. Also the same
- Battlefield 4 uninstalled and re-downloaded and installed. This was my last option I had in mind.

What is the solution?

Cheers,

To find out, download and install HWMonitor (free) http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html
To the left download the free version.
Obs! during installation make sure that you untick any third part s/w. I always recommend this procedure no matter what on any free s/w. Ok.

Then, in the HWmonitor window there are three columns:
Value= shows the actual readings from all the sensors including temperatures and voltage
Min and max speaks for itself.

Now, Start the most cpu heavy program you have and work with it, surf the internet and perhaps watch an on-line news film for at least 5-10 minutes.
Then quit all these programs/webbrowser and take a reading from HWmonitor, which of course you have been running in the background:

In the column Max: what does it says?
Post the numbers here or you can also click 'File > Save monitoring data > it will be a text file and attach that into your next post.

Best regards from Sweden

BF4 is known for being a real bad port. I've had nothing but issues with it and there is nothing wrong with my hardware. What worked for me was reinstalling the game and reinstalling punkbuster. Then repairing the game using Origin.

I'm sorry to hear that but I can honestly say that I have never had any issues whatsoever with that.
Best regards from Sweden

I don't think it's the psu. But it's possible i'm wrong ;)
I Play games like GTA V, BF3 and MOHW. But GTA V Runs on High 35/45 FPS.

I've tried this morning that BF3 is working on a server and BF3 is working. No problems.

But if i have enough time then i'll test the HWMonitor :)

Hi everybody,

I'm running BF4 perfectly. What I've done is the settings folder on My Documents/Battlefield 4 got removed. That's the only thing I've done!! Then i go to a server and it works first a empty server then a full server. But thanks to you all!!!!!
