Upgraded to new gpu, computer won't POST anymore

I recently upgraded from a EVGA GeForce GT 630 to the EVGA GTX 950 FTW. After installing the new GPU, my computer won't POST anymore and I get a solid red cpu light. Any suggestions?

Remove and download latest drivers, it should ask you to restart, so shut down, reinstall, then try.

Yeah, my motherboard doesn't have a built in graphics adapter, so no dice there.

Yes, but the same problem occurs when I try to use that one too
