Gtx 1070 founders edition or wait?

I live in cyprus and currently only gtx 1070 founders edition is available for 569Euros http://www.eshopcy.com.cy/vga-asus-geforce-gtx1070-gtx1070-8g-8gb-gddr5-pci-e-retail-p-PER.513759

Does anyone know if gigabyte gtx 1070 g1 will be cheaper?
Should i wait or go ahead and buy this one.

Should be a little lower than the founders editions , that is usually the case most of the time.

I received my EVGA ACX 1080 Gaming last week at $619.00 , so the non founders for the most part should be a little cheaper , but their will be exceptions.

btw will my i5 4460 3.4ghz bottleneck a lot gtx 1070?

I'll buy i5 4690k later but it will take quite a while(i have gigabyte z97x gaming 3 and evo 212 so oc is not a problem.)

Should be fine to pair with a 1070 , 4460 is a decent i5 and the 4690k is a great fit , so no need not to purchase the card when ready.
