Hi, I have an issue with my computer. for some reason my computer is running way slower than I feel it should be running. I've checked if I can run certain games like Overwatch and usually it says I can run it on high performance with no issues. but when I open the game I get around 5 FPS constant. Pretty much every game automatically sets me to high graphic settings but I will lag to death if I dont run the lowest settings. I've tried checking to see if I have installed all the drivers needed and Anything that could cause this lag, but It hasn't changed anything.
My specs are:
CPU: Intel Core i5 4690k @ 3.50GHz
Ram: 8GB
Motherboard: MSI Z97 PC Mate (MS-7850)
Graphics: 2048MB ATI AMD Radeon R9 200 series
Storage: 931GB Seagate
