Whats a effective cpu cooler thats easy on the cpu

If it's a non-K i7, you could just use the stock cooler.

Hyper 212 ECO, when properly installed, cools Intel CPOU's nicely. You are not going to be able to overclock to 5ghz with it, but you could say that about 99% of the CPU coolers on the market.
I have had my Hyper 212 EVO for over a year now with an I5-4670K CPU. My CPU stays in the 50c to 55c while playing games. I had to replace the crap Intel CPU cooler that came with the CPU, due to the fan dying 8 months after I built that system.
