my speedtest was ping 13ms download speed 121.85 upload speed 11.84

my first internet speed test came in as following. ping 13m download speed 121.85Mpbs and upload speed was 11.83
My second internet speed test came in as following ping 23ms download speed 97.27Mpbs and upload was 8.5 mpbs
are these decent numbers since the cable guy just installed a new cable line into our home

There are only 2 numbers that really count:
1. What you pay the ISP for
2. Testing at speedtest.net, when wired directly to the router.
WiFi is far too variable and environmentally sensitive to be a good number to rely on.
So...what do you pay the ISP for?
