What is the best 150-180 dollar Gaming GPU i would like to play BO3, Overwatch, Witcher 3 Star wars Battlefront on medium, and GTA V.

The RX 470 coming on the 29th.
But the RX 480 for $200 will be an even better price/performance proposition as it will have close to GTX 980 performance.

Yup, was just about to mention this when I saw the title!

The RX470 will sport speeds just under the GTX 970 for $150 US, while the RX480 will give GTX 980 level performance and more overclocking headroom for $200, which is going to be the sweet spot for this new budget generation of AMD cards. Its in your best interest to spend that little extra for the RX480, especially if at 144hz.

well i have a 1920x1200 screen @80 or something like that hz, also i only got a phenom ii x4 945 and i am hoping i can get a new mobo more ram up to 16GB and a FX 6300 all in September.

If the RX 470 has the expected speeds it'll easily go through 1080p, though you might need an i5 to push it there.

There will always be nicer video cards coming some day, and nicer ones for just a little more than you want to spend.

Between the two, I prefer the 4gb 960 gtx. The AMD cards have recently run hotter and louder than their same generation NVidia ones.

Get an i3 6100 with an Asus H110M-A for a total of around $200 USD and 16GB of DDR4 for $60.

so since i can get 180 now on a gpu should i go for https://www.amazon.com/XFX-DISSIPATION-DISPLAYPORT-Graphics-R9-380P-F22M/dp/B00ZFNDRFC/ref=sr_1_3?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1466669836&sr=1-3&keywords=R9+380 then when i get 200 on cpu mobo and ram get the 6300 GA-970A-DS3P and 16GB ram or wait to get a slightly more powerful card for cheaper the RX 470?

That video card only has 2gb. For a lot of games this is not going to be enough. If you can wait, then wait. The 470 might not be in your price range when it comes out, but it might push other prices down a little.

Yes i know what the RX 480 is capable of BUT i dont have a good CPU for the 480 so therefore i wont have those capabilities, also a 470 is 150 dollars that seems like a better bargain for me due to the fact that its under my price range and it has 4GB vram.

You didnlt understand me. By "these days" i meant until teh end of teh month when the RX series is coming adn will make them all obsolete. Not as in this decade

The gtx 960 4GB is way better than the r7 370 so i would much rather get that gtx 960
