Best 150-180 dollar Gaming GPU

Solution
The RX 470 coming on the 29th.
But the RX 480 for $200 will be an even better price/performance proposition as it will have close to GTX 980 performance.

Will it be on amazon on the 29'th and be here before the 8'th??

Yup, was just about to mention this when I saw the title! :)
The RX470 will sport speeds just under the GTX 970 for $150 US, while the RX480 will give GTX 980 level performance and more overclocking headroom for $200, which is going to be the sweet spot for this new budget generation of AMD cards. Its in your best interest to spend that little extra for the RX480, especially if at 144hz.

There will always be nicer video cards coming some day, and nicer ones for just a little more than you want to spend.

But, these two are probably the best today within your budget:

https://www.amazon.com/ZOTAC-GeForce-DisplayPort-Graphics-ZT-90308-10M/dp/B00UJ7335I/

Between the two, I prefer the 4gb 960 gtx. The AMD cards have recently run hotter and louder than their same generation NVidia ones.

That CPU will bottleneck the GPU heavily.
I would not recommend AMD CPUs due to their low core capacity in terms of load, and poor temps.
Get an i3 6100 with an Asus H110M-A for a total of around $200 USD and 16GB of DDR4 for $60.

I would suggest you look at other CPUs the FX6300 is not the fastest choice.

That i can't tell you. But you'd be a fool if you didn't wait. There have never been cards out with such awesome price/performance.

Well it sure in hell beats my HD 4670 512 MB so yes a under 300 dollar GPU is worth it for me.

Then should i get that 4GB 960 you linked me??

Here's a comparison between a 960 and a 390X. The RX 480 will have perfromance similar to teh 390X.
Do the math:

Yes i know what the RX 480 is capable of BUT i dont have a good CPU for the 480 so therefore i wont have those capabilities, also a 470 is 150 dollars that seems like a better bargain for me due to the fact that its under my price range and it has 4GB vram.

It is a good card for a very good price. But if you can wait to see what the 470 does to prices, it might shake things up.
Also should be quite a few used cards on the market from upgraders. Amazon is a safe place to buy used since you can return it if you need to.

If I were to buy a card TODAY and my budget was 180 max, that 4gb GTX 960 would be my choice. But I would be using MY money not yours. Both cards are good, which one you want is up to you.

The gtx 960 4GB is way better than the r7 370 so i would much rather get that gtx 960

You are making a mistake. That's all i'll say and i'm out.
