Looking for a Graphic Card under $200

Hi, I'm on a pretty tight budget of a $200 give or take and was wondering what would be the best graphic card to choose to play latest games like Dark Souls III etc.

My current card is Nvidia 630m, Processor: Intel i5 4440@3.10Ghz with 8 gigs of RAM.

Don't care whether the card is Nvidia or AMD as long as its within the price range and I don't need to buy another one at least in the next 2 years...

I would wait for the AMD RX 480 to come out. It has a price tage of $200 and is said to be VR ready.

The problem is going to be the 2 year thing. No one can make that promise without lying.

Right now there are several new cards coming most of which will be above your price range, but might push prices down. A lot people are upgrading now to GTX 1070 cards and 1080 cards making a lot of fairly decent used GTX cards available on places like Amazon. I recommend Amazon if you wish to consider used as you can return the card, unlike on Craigslist.
Soon the AMD upgraders will do the same.
Between AMD and NVidia, I current favor NVidia because AMD cards run hotter and louder, They both cost more in electricity but also put more heat in to your case and you need better sound deadening to hide the noise (for those who care about that).

It is the factory overclocked version with 4gb of ram. The non overclocked version is $10 cheaper and you can probably overclock it yourself.
There are some used gtx 970 cards which are close to 200, but they are for now over budget. It all depends on when you want to buy.

I think I'll get the AMD RX 480 even if it takes a couple of weeks to ship to my country rather than getting GTX 960 atm because I hear RX 480 can rival GTX 980... so it's definitely worth a look.

I mean how is the gpu connected to a desktop mobo? That gpu was only released in a laptop form factor?

630M is a laptop GPU, it can't connect to a desktop motherboard.
