So I recently got a Dell Dimension E310 and I got the Dell reinstall disk with Windows XP Home Edition SP2. Whenever I try to boot it up, it will just reset the entire computer, and return back to the menu where it tells me f1 to continue f2 to go to setup, after I press f1, it gives me the option to start normally, safe mode (does not work, resets) or start it with previous configuration (does not work, resets) and the other options. When I choose start normally, it does the infinite reboot loop. Anybody know how to fix this?

Might as well reinstall the operating system. Look up on youtube for any fixes if there are any if you don't want to reinstall
