windows 7 fresh install no drivers

my computer bluescreened and i had to do a fresh install of windows 7, now that ive done this i tried to install my amd drivers however it says there is nothing to install, i have tried to use uninstall manager to clear out the only thing that i do have which is amd usb filter driver, however that will not uninstall i would also like to know if there is a way to get all of my programs back after the install

First of all, whenever you fresh install any Windows system, it will wipe/overwrite the current data. So if you didn't back up the programs/personal data, there's no way to get it back other than downloading them, for which https://ninite.com/ is very useful as it lets you download many basic programs in a row.
For the drivers just go to the manufacturers page and download the specified drivers. For example, in my case: I google "Asrock Z97 Pro 4 Drivers" and I get a bunch of drivers from Asrock's homepage, selecting the Operative system I run.-

i know, i have been trying to use amds auto install utility, however it says what i need then will not install anything, thanks.
