GTX 1080 FE Has Weird RPM Spikes? Can Anyone Help?????

Hi there, so for the past few days I've been trying to get my gtx 1080s fan curve to work but I've been having a really weird issue- my rpms go from 3800 to 5000 sometimes even 7000. I've been trying everything but nothing is really fixing this issue :( Could this be a driver issue or should i RMA it? Please help i can't take this BS anymore...

well if you got the fix as in the articles above then maybe not ? may come down to a new v-bios on the card its self then you got to wonder how well nvidias flashing is going to work with the new cards if thest the extreme case to fix it right ??

So the recent driver didn't completely fix the issue?? If thats so thats a relief lol
