I have a Lian li DK-Q2 desk/chassis and a gigabyte z170x gaming G1 motherboard. The problem is that the mobs comes with a 3.1 usb 5.25in device for the front panel and the DK-Q2 doesn't have any slots to fit it. I'm willing to cut a hole in the front of the desk/case if I could find some sort of cage to hold it steady. Any advice, tips or know-how on how to build/make a bay slot or where to buy the cage itself? Or should I just abandon the thunderbolt 3 all together?
