Hi
i have hp pavilion 15-e017tx
i have Amd radeon graphic card model is 8670m
Suddenly my card stopped working. No error nothing came. i restarted the lap. Then i checked in Device manager. There only Intel Hd only show. When i try to install Amd driver ,it says no amd hardware detected in lap. But my lap works fine except the Amd gpu. what i am asking is , is there any fault in gpu? like need to repair or any slot problem like i need to refix my gpu in the slot? please help me.

Thank u

That laptop probably has the video card connected to the motherboard, not in a removable slot.

Check for a BIOS, chipset and video card drivers from the HP support site for your model. Run those if they are newer than what you have.

If that does not fix things, backup your files and settings and do a factory restore to like new, if that also does not work, it points to a failed video card.
