My desktop has the following specs:
CPU: Intel Pentium G3250 3,2 GHz 2 core
GPU: Gigabyte GeForce GT 730 2 GB Edition
Motherboard: ASUS
Power Supply: 600W

I have desktop for 6 months, and I bought Overwatch and had FPS issues (30-50 FPS) on LOW setting. I took my desktop to the store where they suggested my specs that were made for a Gaming PC to run games such as BO3, GTA V etc. and where they built it. When I got there I told them that the PC wasn't performing as it should and they said that they would chance some settings and teste it out. The day after, I went to pick up my desktop and they told Overwatch ran on ULTRA at 120 FPS. I said that was weird and I told them as soon I got home I would test it. I still had 30-50 FPS on LOW. The shop man said it was because of my internet. That said, I upgraded my internet and instead of having 40 MBps of download and upload (according to the website: www.speedtest.NET) I had 92 MBps of download and upload. The FPS stayed the same (30-50 FPS). Now the shop man is trying to avoid me. What do I do? Can it be my monitor?

The video card is very weak. It's not even the best GT730 which is the 1GB DDR5 64 bit version. With a 600W psu you should be able to run a GTX960. There should be some extra PCIe power cables attached to it. Either a couple of 6 pin, or 6+2 pin. If it's a modular PSU the shop guys probably kept the extra cables. Even a GTX750Ti would be a big improvement and will run well at under 1080P settings. It usually doesn't require power cables. Find out what kind of power cables you have. Then study the GPU Hierarchy Chart. The GTX750Ti is probably the minimum you'll want. It's strong point is no power cable needed. R9-380, or GTX 960 will do what you want. They both require 8 pin power (6+2), or 2X6pin adadpted to 8 pin. There are several cards in between those if you just have 1-6 pin cable. New video cards are coming out soon. Prices will probably drop on a lot of the cards I mentioned. i would do some research and then maybe wait a month to see how prices go. A lot of people will be buying the new cards, and selling their old ones.

Sorry to tell you this but you have been scammed, that is not a gaming pc, it's a low end desktop machine, you won't achieve more FPS with higher internet bandwidth (you're wasting money with it actually). If you just bought the pc you really should intimate the shop guy to refund the money and we can help you build a new computer.
