I7 3770 Stock cooler high temps when playing games and doing things on my second monitor

The temps are going up to around 80 degrees when playing games or opening multiple things and im not sure why, i just reapplied the paste and got rid of all the dust and it still really high im looking for a cooler and i was thinking about getting another 212 evo as my temps never went past around 60-70 degrees.

well i have 2 intake fans at the front and 2 outtake fans at the back it should be fine you know i just built this pc so idk why it is so high

That simple test would reveal if your fan configuration is enough :) there are many factors in optimizing airflow beside the number of fans.
It is a good idea to put aftermarket cooler like 212evo anyway, but in case that you have airflow issues, it would not help much.
What is your ambient temperature?

well i had a 212 evo before and it helps a lot my temps would never go over 70 except times it was really stressed like streaming

its quite hot here atm i live in the uk so its approaching summer i just bought this case and it is setup how it was intended i was very careful in picking a case with good airflow
