Which older generation board is better build quality ASUS H61M-K vs Asrock H61M-DGS

Can anyone tell me does Asrock or Asus make better quality boards than in the last few year when I heard that Asus was struggling with build quality. Which board would you recommend ? I plan on buying a older LGA 1155 board just for a test system or hack around type system surfing and DVD burning. I'm looking at a low budget board $65-$70 USD or about so LGA 1151 boards are out of my price range.

Go for the cheapest one. Also, you can go for B* series motherboards.
