My MSI Z170A TOMAHAWK AC motherboard has build in LED's that indicate malfunction or errors. I know this because I made these errors happen a few times during my build. Now that I build my pc the proper way and everything seems to work(mouse/keyboard turn on), my monitor doesnt seems to recieve a signal from my motherboard still. I tried resetting the BIOS and I know the cpu and ram are working (according to the LED's)

1| Have you tried breadboarding your system and seeing if the system boots up with the iGPU connectivity options while only on one stick of ram? You should run that one stick of ram in DIMM 2, per your manual.
2| Speaking of ram and GPU's, when dealing with troubleshooting threads, it's customary to pass on your full system's specs.
3| Did you try remove the CMOS battery for 15 minutes before replacing it?
