As the title said. I want to mess around in GTA V. Add some mods, recording gameplay using shadow play and want to play the game at 1080p or 1600x900.
Is 2gb vram enough?

Solution
GTX 1070 and you are good to go...

Yea the RX 480 will be lower price for sure 2GB for only 199$ and 8GB for 226$ +/-
But if you like NVIDIA Features like (Shadowplay, GeForce Expierience ,etc) then go with 1070 , its little bit more expensive but its higher quality.!

edit: dont buy reference model, look in this list for more information about (GTX 1070 models and price)
http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-3047729/nvidia-geforce-gtx-1000-series-megathread-faq-resources.html#17902598

if you love the Shadowplay then 99% go with GTX 1070.! you will be happy for years.
for performance the RX 480 and GTX 1070 is the same, there no such benchamarks only theorys, so dont listen if someone says 480 will beat 1070. That...

*AMD* - Price
*NVIDIA* - Quality

Okay, I wasn't planning on max or very high settings. Just high settings
It seems youtube video I watch are inaccurate then. It says 1080p 60 fps with gtx 960.
Anyway if I choose gtx1070,gtx 970 or gtx 960
Could you recommend good and affordable psu?

I can't buy better gpu because the PSU budget is holding me back.I can only afford 600 -650watt only if I buy be quiet pure power. I'm not sure if it is reliable?

A budget power supply can become very expensive if it fails and damages parts.
Try to buy a tier 1 or 2 psu from a list such as this:

I suggest you look in here : http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-l...

something like (seasonic, silverstone, XFX , EVGA SuperNova) will do good.

for budget ( XFX TS 650W +80 GOLD ) its good.

So any power suppy recommendation for all the gpu I mention?
I was about to choose be quiet pure power ( I can't afford dark power) or super flower silver green.

Any other suggestion?
Btw I don't live in US. So the price is not in $

U cant go wrong with PSU if you chose (Silverstone, Seasonice, XFX, EVGA ,etc from Tier 1 , 2)
Just make sure its 12V rail (AMP) is above 40.

n0ns3ns3 mentioned the psu from seasonic is very good, for the price.
SeaSonic S12II 620W is 48A. on 12V rail.. its plenty. :)

The link you provided is broken, but I think I have seen the psu I mentioned in tier 1.
Be quiet dark power is tier 1. But pure power idk if it's tier 2

See that's the problem you mentioned. I can only buy better PSU if I buy less powerful GPU.
And I agree PSU is not something we should cheap out.

Oh ,didnt see that.
Here the link is fixed http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html?_ga=1.25313917.1743221146.1466347232

U should look at Tier 1, and Tier 2 list.

Dark Power Pro P10 / 850w FSP (550w - 750w) / Seasonic (850w - 1200w)
Dark Power Pro P11 850w FSP

its also good PSU, for sure. If in your country u can buy on of these badboys, for good price, u are good to go. :)

Edit: Pure power is low quality psu. I would stay away from it.

Wow,tbh that was about my budget. The price is sinilar like be quiet pure power and superflower in my country. The price difference between regular and full modular is tiny.

Wow there are so many good answers here. I can't decide which answers is the best.
Thanks to EvooHD for telling me about be quiet pure power. So the quality is similar like be quiet straight power then.

I think I will use that seasonic. Considering the price is similar and far more reliable. Btw one last question.
I just checked
Seasonic S12II-620 620W - Bronze

Seasonic M12II-620 Evo Edition 620W Full Modular - Bronze

If I convert it to usd. The difference is less than $10
Is the full modular much better?
Just in case if I want to remove it to another case or something.
Any idea?

The diference between Full modular ,is more comfortable, because of the clean wirings u can do.
They both is good psu for the price and performance.

I will go for the new Evo (Full Modular)
look here: http://www.overclock.net/t/1431930/seasonic-m12-ii-bronze-evo-edition-gm2-and-am2

Also the Evo has (Double 12V rail )
1) 24 A
2) 24 A
total of 48A (and maximum power of 576 W)
Total continuous power ( of 620 W)

So i say, if the 10$ is not much for you, go for EVO Edition.
or take Seasonic S12II-620 620W - Bronze

U cant go wrong. They are good psu. :)
SeaSonic psu cant fail , like cheap PSU with more Power.
Good luck

EDIT: U can also check this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XmUNL57hnkM
YouTube video ,Overview of M12II 620, and u can get visual how the psu look and how, the Full Modular works.. Also shes great of Overviewing. :D
