far cry 4 and cities skylines problem

Hello im running 4690k ,8 gig and hd 7770(will upgrade to rx 480) win 8.1 im having two diffrent problems with two diffrent games
GAME 1
i've completed Far cry 4 ,now i roam around and do random stuff,i have noticed whenever i enter outpost master the game crashes after loading screen
GAME 2
my games run fine with decent temps but when i run skylines the gpu gets super hot and fans get loud due to obvious high speed
how do i fix these 2 problems ,thanks in advance

Game 1: If you purchased the game through Steam try to right-click on it, properties and there should be a game repair option (verify integrity of game cache), try that.
Game 2: Enable V-Sync/limit framerates. By limiting the FPS the GPU won't need to speed/heat up so much. If temps are much higher then they were previously then you may need to clean the card.
