I recently had to send my G1. Sniper Z97 mobo to Gigabyte. On the "eSupport" page of tech support they ask for a "Search ID" number. I have tried entering both the RMA # and the reference # I received from them but neither one work. Anyone know what number they want?

1| You could contact them via email to get a hold of the situation since they will have a backup of every correspondence they have done so in teh past.
2| You can go through your email and see if there is mention of the ID number within.
For the sake of reference, in this thread, the ID number area seems to be left out.
* Try keying in the question/email number.
