I have a gaming PC with a GTX 970 and 16GB ram with an intel i7 4790 processor, I have few mods that are light on the game and when I try to record with a program called OBS my frames drop at parts and it look horrible. Don't tell me to turn of Vsync because when I do the game engine speeds itself up and my game is sped up like 3x times faster than it should be...
