So during certain hours, mostly through afternoon-midnight, starting maybe around 2-3pm, my ping in most programs goes up extremely high, from the usual 70-90 ping to around 1100+ (this used to go up to 350ish, and only lately started going up to the thousands). My upload/download speeds don't change at all during the time when testing for speed, it stays around 40mpbs upload and 2-3 download when the ping is high and when it's not, and my ping doesn't seem to be affected when testing for speed either, though it does appear to affect how fast I actually download things.
My ping is currently around 1100 in most programs, yet I've done a speedtest and it looks just fine. Also, webpages seem to load just fine, same for videos and Skype, though streams like Twitch do appear to be affected by the high ping.
Any ideas? Restarting the router doesn't help, nor does reconnecting my netstick or anything.
