System Rebooting While Gaming - Need Help Determining Problem

Hello,

My system is rebooting while gaming or benchmarking (Valley Unigine). This only started happening when I got a new graphics card ( EVGA SSC 950 GTX). I can run Prime95 fine without a reboot at stock or overclocked speeds (3.3ghz vs 4.5ghz) and my CPU temp never goes above 70 degrees (idles at around 35 or 40 depending on ambient temps).

I had originally thought the reboot was happening due to a graphics card overclock and put my GPU back to stock speeds and the problem seemed to disappear, however it started again this morning even with the GPU at stock speeds. I then put my CPU at stock speed and fired up a game and it ran fine. System still runs fine if the CPU is at stock and the GPU is overclocked but as soon as I change my multiplier back to 44 or 45 the system reboots again (while gaming).

I now suspect I don't have enough power to run my system and its just shutting itself off once it reaches the limit. My power supply is a Thermaltake 500w TR2 and I have the following components installed in my system.

MOBO - P67x-UD3
CPU - i5 2500k
RAM - 4 x 2GB DIMM's (1333mhz)
GPU - EVGA SSC 950 GTX (takes 2 x 6pin power)
HDD - 1 x 128GB SSD and 3 x 7200rpm 2tb drives

I also have around 6 or 7 USB devices connected (webcam, blue snowball mic, 4tb external, 1tb external, xbox wireless reciever, kb/mouse)

I've had this CPU since 2012 and its been rock solid at 4.5ghz with no voltage adjustments, I'm just looking for confirmation that its a weak power supply before I go out and buy a 700watt supply.

Thanks in advance.

Solution
I think your suspicious might be correct about running out of power.
GPU could be drawing power from the Mobo, resulting in a voltage drop for the cpu, causing unstable overclock.
