Should I be worried about my power supply?

I am worried about going over my computers PSU watts because I'm afraid the second fan I bought will tip it over the edge.
The fan I bought was the ARCTIC F9 Silent, 90 mm 3-Pin Fan, to help my first one; a 1 X 120mm Blue LED Fan

Motherboard: MSI Intel Skylake H110 LGA 1151 DDR4 USB 3.1 Micro ATX Motherboard (H110M Pro-D)

PSU: EVGA 500 W1 80+, 500W Continuous Power, 3 Year Warranty Power Supply 100-W1-0500-KR

I don't see an extra fan doing anything bad to the system unless you are at 99.9% of max load already.

Really impossible to say since you did not put in any info about your system, just listing the power supply and motherboard does not give any info about how much power the computer is using now.

You should be safe though.
