{{PLEASE Read The Whole Thing!}}

Recently my PC has been acting weird, when my PC goes into sleep mode and I try and come back my, for example I spam my keyboard or mouse for it to re boot but it doesn't, I spam all my keys and my PC doesn't boot and then I'm forced to force shut down. When I force shut down my PC doesn't turn on, I can wait hours and it doesn't turn on. What I'm forced to do is turn turn on my power supply on the back off my PC and take out the power cord and let it rest for 15-30 minutes then come back and then re connect the power cord and turn my power supply back on, then power back on my computer, Sometimes my PC will not boot then it will shut down in the time span of 5 seconds, once it didn't boot at all and it just stayed on and then I forced shut it down then it didn't run back on. After multiple times of doing this my PC will boot up after 2-3 tries then I will have to reset my bios settings because it states "overclocking failed in my bios" then I reboot then my PC works fine for a day or two but then if it goes into sleep mode the problem continues or sooner or later while playing some games or something my PC will just randomly turn off then it won't turn back on then I have to repay the process. I found a temporary fix for now by setting my overclocking settings to default then testing my PC everything was fine, I then put it back to my overclocking settings and tested it and everything was fine, but the problem can come back in anytime just like it does. I'm very stressed because I just ordered a new power supply thinking that was the issue.

Edit: The issue is happening again. this problem happens on default and overclocked settings.

This is the power supply I ordered:

This is my current power supply:

-Also I noticed when I looked at negative reviews for my PSU some reviewers had the same problem as me, let me know what you guys think.

Complete system specs? Including all overclock settings?

Your computer is telling you that your overclock failed and going to default settings fixes the problem? This made you buy a new power supply??

My full specs are:

CPU: Intel Core i7 5930k @4.5GHz
GPUs: X2 Nvidia GTX Geforce EVGA 980 Ti's 6GB ACX 2.0 SC (SLI)
RAM/Memory: 32GBs DDR4 2800HZ G.SKILL Ripjaws 4
Motherboard: ASUS X99-A
Hardrive: 2TB Western Digital 7200 RPM
Solid State Drive: Samsung 850 Evo 500GB
Liquid CPU Cooler: Corsair Hydro Series H100i GTX Liquid Cooling w/ X2 Corsair SP120 Fans
Case Fans: X3 Corsair AF140 Case Fans
Case: Corsair 750D
PSU: EVGA SuperNova GS Series 1050W ATX
OS: Windows 10 64 bit

My overclocking settings is 4.5GHz from a standard clock of 3.5GHz, my CPU V-Core is at 1.3 volts and my Cache Voltage is at 1.25 volts. My ram is set to XMP 2800Hz my CPU strap is at 125MHz.
This problem still happens at default bios settings, I'm guessing this is connected to my PSU. Let me know what you think.

Incorrect, this is what happens when my PC shuts down in force, this happens when I'm running default settings and my overclocking settings. This happens only when I force shut down my PC or it shuts down by it self. I ordered a Power Supply because my PC is turning off, and not turning on? Most logical fix, if that's not the problem I'll just resend the Power Supply back...

That PC is A Beast! WoW, Please buy me one :D Well you answered your own question, I'd like to hear how the story turned out. Did you google the symptoms? Because maybe the settings on windows are incompabable with power. You need LESS power, believe it or not
