Asrock 970 extreme4 mobo, realtek hd audio constantly using between 10-15% cpu please help

I have an asrock 970 extreme4 motherboard and just recently realtek hd audio is constantly using between 10-15% cpu. This has never been a problem before but now its making my games lag. I have already uninstalled the drivers and installed the newest updates. It hasn't changed anything. This is really upsetting as this has been an amazing computer up until now. I have searched on google for days and can't find a fix. Someone please help me.

Idk how much of a "fix" this is but, I managed to fix it by renaming the exe that was using the 15% cpu in task manager. Audio still works and it just doesn't open that file since I renamed it. Cpu usage is back down to 2-5% idle. So glad I fixed it and I hope this helps anyone else who has this problem as I myself wasn't able to find any help with a Google search.
