I'm just a 14 year old student who likes gaming and has an interest in computers. I've got a laptop which has got an AMD E2 processor and 2gb of ram(or you can just say that this is the crappiest laptop in the world, and also, the vram is 64mb).. only games like GTA vc, COD 2 and Hitman 2(BTW I'm a huge hitman fan)
work on this. After playing these games over and over for years now, I've decided to buy a new laptop(I can buy a PC,but I'm gonna go over to collage 3 years later, so there's actually no good purpose of getting it... And apart from that, my parents aren't gonna buy me a PC just for gaming..). I went over to Flipkart(one of the online stores in India. Its just like amazon, and amazon is here too)
And I found this beauty : https://www.flipkart.com/vedas-wave-xi-vw471010154-core-i7-4nd-gen-16-gb-1-tb-hdd-na-ssd-windows-8-8-gb-graphics-notebook/p/itmee8y7nyqtvkcp?pid=COMEE8Y7ZB8UGKYW&lid=LSTCOMEE8Y7ZB8UGKYWDICHPV
Its soooooo cheap than other laptop with specs like these.. it has an i7 4th generation processor, 16 GB of ram, 1 Tb of hard disk space and 8 GB ddr3 of vram(just in case someone doesn't know, vram is the graphic cards ram). But the point is, is the vram enough for modern-day games like HITMAN , The division, Ghost recon Wastelands, Watch dogs 2 etc ?
Thanks a lot for utilizing your time to read this and i would be the happiest guy In the whole universe if you give an answer or your opinion :)

500$

More vram does not mean more performance. It's a weak igpu and has no dedicated vram. It's also an incorrect listing as dvmt only goes up to 1.7gb for that model. The hd 4600 will not be able to play modern games even at low. It was low end 2 years ago, and it's even worse off now. This shows hitman and the division get 9 and 12 fps on low at 720p. http://www.notebookcheck.net/Intel-HD-Graphics-4600.86106.0.html

As mentioned above, that laptop doesn't have a discrete graphics card, it uses the integrated Intel graphics, which are pretty poor for gaming. Integrated graphics use system RAM, so that 8GB of VRAM is really just 8GB of normal RAM.

There's a link in the bottom right of the answers along with other buttons that starts with "Reply to...".
