GPU, Fans or Power Supply. Which are shutting off my PC?

I Have a ASUS M51-BC Desktop PC.

AMD FX-8300 3.9Ghz
16GB DDR3 RAM
1 TB Toshiba HDD
7.1 Realtek HD Audio
EVGA Nvidia GT 730 DDR3 2GB
350W Power Supply

for 2 days straight i had my PC shut off. the fans are constantly loud when i run games. i want to know if its either my Power Supply or my Fans or possibly my GPU. lately I've been keeping my PC on by setting the ASUS Power manager to Power Saver because normal setting and maximum performance settings shut off my PC and they used to work so why aren't they working now? what should i do to prevent this. should i upgrade the Power Supply, fans or my GPU? or all of them? because my Power Supply only limits me to upgrading my GPU to at least a GTX 750 Ti or GTX 950. does upgrading a GPU quiet down Fans? or do i need a better PSU or heatsink perhaps?

this will solve your problem for sure:)

edit: you will need an aftermarket cpu cooler like this too , the reason the fans are blowing is because that cpu is getting extremly hot.

Which fans are loud, CPU cooler or GPU fans? It sounds like something is running at 100% and overheating so the PC is shutting off. It may just need a clean if it worked before, there could be lots of dust in the fans/vets/radiators.

Ok i heard which one it was. apparently its my fans when im at 100% CPU power. not the PSU itself. i have dusted it before and it still did this. anything else this could be to fix it?

So it's the fan on your CPU cooler? What one do you have? I would clean the fan and the radiator with compressed air to get rid of any dust trapped inside the radiator and then clean the CPU and reapply the thermal paste.
