Whining noise from pc when moving mouse?

Hey guys.

So i just watercooled my pc. Now i notice a buzzing or a whining sound. It only happens while gaming and it seems to react to my mouse when i move around with it. This is really wierd, i hope you guys can help me resolve this, thanks!

This is normal for a mouse to whine, and I believe(Not sure) It is the mouse sending/receiving data from the PC to show it moves. If it really bothers you, try a different mouse.
