So my question is are this numbers normal for this card??

My PC case have 6 working fans 3 of them running 1000RPM the rest 600RPM

Everything is on Ultra or High..

Solution
Your temperatures are completely normal. Your fan percentage looks good as well. Are you messing around with a custom fan curve? That will increase the noise level.

It looks like the fans are a little bit noisier than most custom cards. The G1 also has a decent overclock on it, so the noise is probably normal.

Idle fan noise is fantastic as the card completely turns its fans off in idle, media playback, and light gaming (up to 60°C). With full-on gaming running, the card tends to be a bit noisy, though. While it is quieter than the NVIDIA reference design, it is still not as quiet as I would have expected. The temperatures under load would certainly allow for a reduction in noise output with only a minimal increase in temperatures.
