Front panel for custom build

I am building a pc into a wooden desk and I have been looking all over for some kind of front panel that I could flush mount into the wood that would have Power/Reset buttons, USB 3.0 and audio jacks. (fans controls would be ok too, but not necessary) Ideally I would like to have something with a black/blue color scheme. Anyone know of something that would suit this?

Why wouldn't you make your own ? Start/reset buttons are just ordinary momentary n/o switches, LEDs are ordinary LEDs and USB2 and 3 are standard and could be easily found.
